For 49 years, Manila Review Institute, Inc., (MRII) has been offering comprehensive and effective review programs designed for you to get your license!
In a nutshell, this captures the story behind the success of MRII, beginning with its founder, Engr. Ricardo F. del Rosario, who topped three board examinations— the 1960 Board for Junior Mechanical Engineers, the 1965 Professional Mechanical Engineers and the 1974 written examination for Airconditioning and Refrigeration Specialists.

As an educator who chaired De La Salle University’s Mechanical Engineering Department and a practitioner who has put his stamp on various development projects in the country, it was Engr. del Rosario’s sincere desire to help students in their aspirations to pass the board examination and eventually enjoy professional growth which prompted him to establish MRII in 1974.

MRII initially offered two Review Courses for Mechanical Engineering and Chemical Engineering. As its Review Courses expanded and its number of enrollees increased, MRII, in 1995, moved its office and Review Center from Plaza Sta. Cruz in Manila to 3/F Consuelo Building, 929 Nicanor Reyes St. (formerly Morayta), Sampaloc, Manila.

To complement its Review Programs, MRII has likewise grubstake into publishing review books, which discuss essential concepts covered during exams and contain simulated exercises. These review books are available in leading bookstores nationwide, Shopee and Lazada.

During its more than 49 years of existence, MRII’s general performance has been consistent: scoring above national passing percentage and bagging top slots.
